Brown Book

Launched in 2018, the Brown Book helps boost the number of South Asian American staffers in public service. We work to create a pipeline of talent by reducing the barriers many candidates of color face when applying to jobs in politics, government, and advocacy. 

As we move forward from the 2024 election cycle, Impact is excited to announce the preparation of an updated “BROWN BOOK.” This resource will showcase the resumes of talented South Asian American candidates interested in positions on Capitol Hill, within state government, or in values-aligned nonprofits, policy advocacy organizations, and upcoming campaign roles for the 2025 and 2026 election cycles.
